Action-based operational history and telemetry are bound entirely to your unique Telegram ID or website account profile. We do not retain data longer than it is necessary and required by applicable laws, regulations and/or government orders from time to time.
"Deleting your account" is managed entirely on your end by stopping and blocking the KRRX Bot within your Telegram application interface. Once blocked, your active UI session parameters are permanently severed from future processing loops.
You acknowledge that KRRX may retain certain transaction histories for a certain period even after you block the bot or delete your web account, strictly in compliance with applicable regulations.

What this means: While KRRX does not collect your IP address, device telemetry, operating system details, or precise geographic location through the bot interface, Telegram may track and log these parameters natively. KRRX has no control over, nor liability for, the data harvesting, storage, or security protocols deployed by the Telegram platform itself.
To maintain a high-availability global architecture, the technical metadata tied to your Telegram ID and web interactions may be routed through, and processed on, secure cloud servers distributed across multiple international jurisdictions.
Our nodes and backend routing mechanisms may operate in countries outside of your home jurisdiction. By interacting with the KRRX, you acknowledge this international operational routing, which is strictly necessary to perform our contractual service delivery.
The Services are intended strictly for legally competent individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have reached the age of majority in your country of residence. We do not knowingly process or interact with identifiers belonging to minors. If we discover that a Telegram ID or email address belonging to a minor has initiated an interaction with the Services, we will immediately block and purge that session's operational parameters from our active routing backend.
